Shipping Policy – TitanFit

TitanFit partners with major shipping providers such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, and BlueDart to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Processing may take a few days, and orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.


Shipping Process

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days.

  • During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5–6 days.

  • Once an order is processed, no changes (including address changes) can be made.

  • Orders are shipped only to the address provided at checkout.

  • We ship only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.


Tracking

  • All orders include tracking details.

  • Tracking information will be shared via email once your order is dispatched.

  • It may take a few days for tracking updates to appear in the system.

  • If tracking is not updated after 5 business days, please contact us.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • India: 3–5 business days

Note: Delivery timelines do not include order processing time.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as courier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or operational disruptions.


Duties, Taxes, and Fees

For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable charges.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

TitanFit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as delivered by the courier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the address.
If the order has already been shipped, we cannot redirect it.
