Return Policy – TitanFit
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note: Returns or replacements are only applicable in exceptional cases, such as when the item received is different from what was ordered, or if the item arrives damaged.

Important Conditions for Return/Replacement

To claim a replacement or refund, the customer must provide the original unboxing video clearly showing the parcel in unopened condition without any packaging tampering.

If the product is wrong, damaged, or defective, a replacement will be provided free of cost.

For returns and refunds, the customer must return the parcel to our warehouse address. If pickup is arranged, Return-to-Origin (RTO) charges will be borne by the customer.

Any upfront payment made for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will not be refunded if the order is cancelled without a valid issue from the supplier’s side.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Share the required unboxing video so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order after the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
